Due to the Bank Holiday weekend, No Condition Report enquiries will be responded to after 12pm on Friday 1st May - please ensure you send any enquiries in good time.

PAYMENT: All items must be paid for within three days of the auction end. Payment methods are: Online via Gap Wallet, Bank transfer, Debit or Credit card over the phone. We do not accept Cheques, American Express or Diners Club cards.

BUYER’S PREMIUM

All items in our auction are subject to VAT on the hammer price, buyer’s premium of 21% plus VAT and iBidder charge of 4% plus VAT (50% in total).

COLLECTION

All Lots must be collected within three days of the end of the auction unless you are having the item delivered. Collection is strictly by appointment, please contact us to arrange a collection appointment.

Postage and packaging service with UK shipping* for this sale is £4.99+VAT PER INVOICE (not per lot). Delivery within 5-7 working days.

*Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Isles of Scilly. For these and other territories, please contact us for a delivery quotation.

Shortages, Damages and Faults must be reported to us within 7 days of collection or delivery of the goods.

To mitigate against the risk of lost or undelivered parcels, you are required to nominate a Safe Place using the Royal Mail app, following the instructions at https://www.royalmail.com/receiving/change-your-delivery-options. If you choose not to nominate a Safe Place, you acknowledge that you accept all risk for any loss of items.
